Duties and Responsibilities.
• Documenting all financial activities such as expenses, revenue, and VAT Taxation
• Maintaining financial records: Organizing and managing financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, 9. Collaborating with other departments: Working with teams such as sales, operations, and human resources to gather financial data and support business objectives
• Preparing financial statements: Generating reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a snapshot of the company's financial health.
• Contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers who are unable to pay in full.
• Updating customer accounts and records with payment status and communication details.
• Collaborating with other departments such as accounting and sales to address payment-related issues.
• Sending reminders and notices to customers about upcoming or overdue payments.
• Escalating unresolved payment issues to management or legal teams when necessary.
• Providing excellent customer service while handling payment inquiries and concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
• HINDI,ENGLISH (Preferred)
