Job Overview: We are looking for a full-time Junior Accountant to support our financial operations remotely. This role is ideal for professionals in Pakistan who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to accuracy. You will collaborate with our Saudi Arabia-based team to ensure smooth financial data management while enjoying the flexibility of setting your own work hours within agreed deadlines. Key Responsibilities: . Financial Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions. . Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, including expenses, income, and balance sheets. . General Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain the general ledger and supporting financial documents. . Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and tracking receivables. . Monthly Closings: Contribute to month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. . Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Saudi-based finance team to meet accounting deadlines. . Compliance & Reporting: Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. . Audit Support: Assist in organizing and verifying financial records for audits. Qualifications and Skills: . Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. . Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience. . Technical Skills: o Proficiency in accounting software o Strong Microsoft Excel skills . Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in managing financial records. . Communication: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal). . Time Management: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible hours. . Confidentiality: Strong commitment to handling sensitive financial data securely. Preferred Skills: . Prior experience in remote accounting roles. .
