About Us:

We are a forward-thinking company looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. If you have experience in preparing P&L reports, managing supplier relationships, and handling payments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Issue payments to suppliers and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Support tax return preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the team on budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency in P&L reporting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
