Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist with audits and tax filings as required.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
