Job Title: Junior Accountant

About Us: ManCrew Building Materials Trading is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, specializing in high-quality building materials. As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks related to manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, and production reporting.
• Collaborate with the operations team to track and analyze production costs and variances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
• Reconcile manufacturing-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities for the manufacturing department.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems used in the manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing accounting.
• CPA or progress towards certification is a plus.
