Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possession of a professional accounting designation is highly desirable.
Experience:
• A minimum of 2 year of experience in Accounting.
Languages:
• English is a must; fluent level.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Main responsibilities include ensuring that the company's accounting system is up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis, entering financial transactions into the system, preparation of monthly reconciliation statements of all bank accounts, Maintaining all accounts related files, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Making routine financial reports/summaries on weekly, monthly basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An enthusiastic multitask person, who can efficiently handle the workload and work under pressure.
• Organized, problem-solving-oriented, efficient team player.
• Preparing VAT returns and timely submissions of VAT statements to FTA.
• Maintaining Company, Staff, Vehicle, Vendors & other relevant documents.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Knowledge of ERP software
• Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date and accurate
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
• Facilitate communication between management, employees and Customers
• Provide support for performance management processes

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
