The most urgent figure we are looking for, should be a girl (we thought to a Philippine citizen) to fill the role of accountant within our firm:

Responsibilities

- manage all accounting transactions;

- reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable;

- ensure timely bank payments;

- compute taxes and prepare tax returns (familiar with the system of EMARATAX and the one of the FTA);

- comply with the financial policies and regulations of the company;

- tax Invoice and Tax Credit Note generation - create and dispatch accurate invoices to clients;

- record Keeping - maintain organized and detailed records of all issued invoices, ensuring they're readily available for internal reviews or external audits;

- accrual - Monthly cost calculation (agents commission, loyalty, referral)

- all other related duties and responsibilities as per requirement

Qualifications

We could also evaluate one person who has the appropriate skills to be able to register himself as a Tax Agent with the FTA and in particular:

- hold at least a certified Bachelor or Master degree in tax,

accounting or law from a recognised educational institution, or a Bachelor degree in any field plus a tax certification as accepted from an internationally known tax institute;

- is required to have relevant recent experience of at least three years, in either tax, qualified accounting or law, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Arabic and English;;

- the applicant must pass any tests to meet qualification standards as may be specified by the FTA;

- has a good conduct;
