Job Description
Kintlogix LLC, a leading logistics company in Dubai, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Accountant you will be providing support to the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include recording transactions and following month-end close procedures focusing mainly on general ledger and bank reconciliation.This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow their careers in the logistics industry.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Aid in the reconciliation of bank statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Other accounting duties as assigned
- Data Entry: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills
