We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our accounting team as a Junior Accountant. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks and gain valuable experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Conduct variance analysis and assist in identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed.
Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
