We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a desire to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Record and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts.
Prepare and submit tax returns and compliance documents.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
