Duties & Responsibilities Procurement Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Must be familiar with Quickbooks Experience in Health care industry Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned With 5-7 years of experience is a must Please send your CV
