Receive and process payments
File and keep proper books of account
Maintain spreadsheets and excel files
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information as may be required
Monitor transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business administration, Economics or any related course
Practical experience as an assistant accountant or cashier required
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good computer application knowledge required
Must have a customer service oriented attitude
