Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations 3. Managing petty cash expenses and maintaining proper records 4. Keeping detailed records of supplier and customer invoices 5. Preparing and maintaining physical VAT records 6. Coordinating with suppliers for invoice submission 7. Gathering payroll data, passing entries in books, and preparing reconciliations 8.
