Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Payroll Accountant (Junior) role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Payroll Accountant will assist in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of employee payroll records. He/she will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal and state regulations and resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information, among other relevant tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a payroll accountant or in a similar field
• Thorough understanding of payroll systems, laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated skills in effectively communicating with employees, mechanics, external vendors, customers or clients and bringing resolution to issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with ERP software and payroll management systems
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
