Assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
