Job Responsibilities
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Help in setting credit limits for customers based on their financial status and payment history.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, sending reminders and initiating collection efforts as necessary.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Input financial transactions into accounting software or databases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance and support to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
• Assist senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
