Tita Yara is an esteemed Middle Eastern & Mediterranean fusion restaurant located in Sharjah, known for its unique blend of traditional and contemporary culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Mixologist / Drinks Maker to join our team and enhance our beverage offerings with innovative juices, mocktails, and infused teas.

As a Mixologist / Drinks Maker at Tita Yara, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages, from classic juices and mojitos to creative halal mocktails and specially infused teas. This role demands not only a thorough knowledge of mixology but also an innovative approach to pairing beverages with our diverse culinary dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present a diverse menu of juices, mocktails, and infused teas that complements the restaurant's Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors.
• Innovate and experiment with new drink recipes, focusing on freshness, flavor combinations, and visual appeal.
• Prepare a variety of beverages quickly and accurately, ensuring they meet the quality standards of Tita Yara.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of different ingredients and how they interact to create balanced and delicious drinks.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design drinks that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Manage beverage inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all beverage preparation areas and equipment.
• Educate and train other staff members on the beverage menu and proper preparation techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Juice Maker, or similar role with a strong background in crafting a wide range of beverages.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, non-alcoholic beverages, and tea infusion techniques.
• Creative and innovative, with a passion for creating new and exciting drink recipes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to beverage preparation.
• Culinary or bartending certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
