Job Description

: We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through traditional marketing efforts, client engagement, and effective communication strategies. This role does not focus on digital marketing but rather on direct sales activities, relationship building, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

l Identify and engage new markets and customers through research and outreach.

l Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

l Plan and oversee traditional marketing campaigns such as print advertising, direct mail, and event sponsorships.

l Coordinate with sales teams to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales pitches.

l Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

l Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products/services and generate leads.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with sales goals.

l Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

l Proven experience in sales and traditional marketing, preferably in IOT.

l Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market research.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work independently and travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.

l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

l Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
