Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing medium to large ICT projects exceeding $5M USD. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, proven experience in overseeing field teams, and a working knowledge of IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and deliver medium to large ICT projects (>$5M USD), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including field teams, to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee on-site activities and coordinate with field teams to address challenges and streamline operations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with key milestones and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Leverage knowledge of IoT technologies to drive innovation and add value to project outcomes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve processes for future projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering medium/large ICT projects exceeding $5M USD, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Experience in managing and coordinating field teams is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of IoT technologies and their applications in ICT projects is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
