Job Description

: Joy Smart Technology is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant who is proficient in social marketing, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team in various tasks related to promoting our ICT products and services. This role is essential in helping us expand our digital footprint and drive online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Joy Smart Technology's ICT products and services.

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Coordinate with the design team to produce promotional materials and visuals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ICT sector.

Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and online campaigns.

Support SEO efforts to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the ICT sector.

Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
