Job Description

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage (LV) Engineer to join our team at JST. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the design, installation, and maintenance of low voltage systems, including but not limited to security systems, fire alarms, communication systems, and building management systems (BMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot low voltage systems (automation devices, CCTV, access control, BMS, intercom, fire alarms).
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of LV electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers on system design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards for LV systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed systems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Provide technical support to clients and onsite teams.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in LV technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an LV Engineer in sectors like construction, ICT, or building automation.
• Capability to learn latest technology and devices like home automation, IoT etc.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems,(automation devices ,CCTV, access control, BMS, intercom, fire alarms).
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., BS, NFPA, and other safety standards).
• Proficiency in design software and LV systems tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of smart devices is a plus.
