Qualifications Qualifications: • The candidates for this position possess a formal culinary education, with a degree or diploma in pastry arts. • They should have a proven track record of 2-5 years in hands-on pastry kitchen experience, including in leadership roles, showcasing technical proficiency in various pastry techniques. • Candidate should exhibit strong menu development expertise aligned with high-end culinary standards, coupled with demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including training colleagues.
