Design Support:
Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and components for electromechanical products.
Create schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD software under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in design reviews and provide input to optimize electrical designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
2. Testing and Validation:
Support the testing and validation of electrical systems through hands-on testing, data collection, and analysis.
Assist in setting up test environments and equipment, conducting tests according to established procedures, and documenting test results.
Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing, contributing to the continuous improvement of designs.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance, including specifications, test reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure that electrical designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as CE, UL, and FCC.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and technicians, to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Learning and Development:
Continuously learn and expand technical skills through on-the-job training, mentorship, and self-study.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electrical engineering, contributing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with CAD software for electrical design
Basic understanding of electrical principles, circuit design, and PCB layout.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
