- Perform preventive maintenance, for respective discipline equipment, in plants according to established schedule and maintenance cycle.
- Communicate major maintenance requirements to the supervisor in order to schedule corrective maintenance within the suggested / accepted timeframe.
- Respond to faults and failures reported in plants, for respective discipline equipment, through the work order system; visit sites to inspect, trouble shoot and correct the fault.
- Tests and repairs instrumentation systems to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality.
- Conduct yearly calibrations and take appropriate action to repair or replace parts as needed.
