Job Description

The Junior Planning Engineer supports the Planning Department in preparing project baseline schedules and tracking progress. This role involves coordinating with project teams to identify risks affecting project performance and assisting in recovery plans.

Responsibilities:

Develop basic project baseline schedules during the tender stage. Highlight critical activities and provide input for risk analysis. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Prepare initial lookahead plans and assist in baseline development. Support recovery plan creation and coordinate with site teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. 1-2 years of experience in construction or project planning. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 Basics. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is a must.
Skills and Abilities:

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in generating reports and visual data charts. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
