We are seeking a

Junior Estimator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates for civil construction projects, working closely with senior estimators, project managers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil projects. Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents. Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis. Source and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions. Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and equipment costs. Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective planning. Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in estimating or a related role. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar). Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
