- Jr. Chef de Partie is also responsible for the creation of high-quality dishes in his role as part of the kitchen team.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Making sure his/her station and its environment (Kitchen and storerooms) is spotlessly clean and hygiene is kept up at all times.
- Maintains personal tidy appearance and works in a high hygiene manner.
- Keeps control of his/her responsible station and reports orders for food and non-food to the head chef.
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Do you have experience in Lebanese/Arabic Cuisine?
- English (Required)
