Language: • Fluency Hindi/Urdu is Mandatory

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team at our International City Phase 2 office. This is a full-time position requiring six working days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and other formulas, and at least six months of experience in an accounting role. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is a must.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Data Entry: • Enter financial transactions into accounting software.
• Ensure all data is recorded accurately and promptly.

Reconciliation: • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

MS Excel Tasks: • Utilize MS Excel for various accounting tasks, including VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to support financial analysis and reporting.

Support Senior Accountants: • Assist senior accountants with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.



Qualifications:

Experience: • At least 2-3 Year of experience in an accounting/Finance role.

Skills: • Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Proficient in using Xero accounting software.

Education: • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
