We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our financial operations and contribute to our ongoing success.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and inter-company accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to management.
- Participate in special projects and perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE
- Must be in an IT manufacturing environment with a workforce of 1000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
