Accountant cum Cashier

. This role combines cash handling and customer service responsibilities with essential accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling:

Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Maintain a balanced cash register and prepare daily cash reports. Conduct cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Knowledge in POS

Accounting Duties:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Support budget preparation and monitoring.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process refunds and exchanges as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. Assist in audits and ensure that all financial transactions are documented accurately.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar accounting role. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and POS systems.

Skills

:

Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
