JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE The Journey Coordinator supports the Journey Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and executing safe journeys. And as well as ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE) . Adhere to all relevant QHSSE procedures, instructions, and controls so that TAQA provides a safe, best in class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its employees. . Validate and ensure journey plans are comprehensive and aligned with safety protocols i.e journey plan quality, pre-trip inspection, trip debrief. . Monitor and track journey plans to ensure adherence to plan, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. . Ensure journey & convoy plan are monitored real-time & escalation is followed promptly. . Facilitate communication on safety expectations, changes in plans, and other relevant information. . Address non-compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions. . Ensure remote area vehicle monitoring is done in a timely manner. . Proactively act on unsafe driving behavior and engage with the driver. . Support accident & violation investigation. . Intervene in the event of non-compliance. . Promote awareness of journey management standards and safety procedures.
