Job Title: Joinery Supervisor (Interior Design Industry Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor with a strong background in the interior design industry to lead and oversee the production of bespoke joinery projects in our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing joinery teams, ensuring high-quality standards, and coordinating all aspects of the joinery production process from start to finish. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of joinery techniques within the context of interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Joinery Team: Supervise and manage the joinery team to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency in the production of bespoke joinery.
• Coordinate Production: Oversee the entire joinery production process, ensuring that all projects meet the design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure Quality Control: Perform regular checks on work-in-progress to ensure all joinery meets industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Design and Project Teams: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of joinery with overall interior designs.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior joinery staff, ensuring they are up to date with best practices and safety protocols.
• Manage Resources: Ensure efficient use of materials and resources, minimizing waste and maximizing cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to production delays, technical challenges, or quality concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain Work Environment: Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor , ideally within the interior design industry .
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques , materials, and production processes, especially in bespoke interior design projects.
• Previous experience in managing a joinery team , overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high standards of work.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and coordinate the team effectively.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changes, and ensure the smooth running of production workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures in joinery.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in interior design , architecture , or joinery or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in a joinery supervisory role within the interior design industry .
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern joinery techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
