Joinery Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to oversee joinery and interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in joinery work, a solid understanding of project management, and a valid UAE driving license .
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all joinery activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and track project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all workmanship meets high standards.
• Drive to multiple project sites, manage supplier visits, and transport tools or materials when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
Skills & Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of installation and woodwork assembly.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
