Experience: 4-5 years in interior fitout
: We are seeking a skilled Joinery Site Supervisor with a background in interior fitout to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project schedules. Strong leadership skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate joinery activities on site.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients as necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Joinery Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Solid understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
• Knowledge of interior fitout processes and standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or a related field is preferred.
