Job duties and responsibilities
• Supervise the day-to-day sites activities and report the same to operation manager.
• Frequently update the operation manager on project requirements regarding staff, equipment as well as materials.
• Report daily the status of installation works and its progress Update the operation manager on and changes that may occur regarding materials / drawings etc.
• Coordinate with all other third parties such as subcontractors / consultants.
• Adhere to health & safety and quality procedure to be in full compliance with regulations / standards and specifications.
Job qualifications/requirements
• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related
• UAE Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role WELL EQUIPPED joinery industry Only
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the execution joinery works; finishing works as well as installations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team of joinery craftsmen, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• experience in joinery works and wood factories at least 2 years inside uae
