With 10 years of experience in the Joinery Field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive the Manual Job Order from the Technical Coordinator, calculate materials required based on the order and approved drawings.
• Verify material availability in the store, create material requisitions based on the manual order, obtain approval from the Factory Manager, and submit to the store.
• Follow up and release materials from the store to production, based on demand and production capacity.
• Prepare the cutting list and production plan according to the order and delivery schedule.
• Prepare production drawings with dimension details for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Foreman to obtain site measurements.
• Follow up on the procurement of ironmongery and accessory samples with the Procurement/Project Manager.
• Track all materials received from the store to production.
• Prepare and distribute the cutting list to section foremen, providing detailed explanations for each section (e.g., Doors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, Veneering, Assembling, Production, Painting, Dispatch).
• Ensure proper execution of fabrication works in the work area, adhering to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor the smooth workflow and ensure the timely completion of projects and deliveries.
• Report any injuries, accidents, or health issues to the Safety team.
• Report maintenance issues through SAP to the Maintenance Technician and follow up.
• Transfer finished products to the Painting/Dispatch departments with the appropriate transfer sheet.
• Oversee daily attendance and time sheets.
• Prepare and manage the daily production report.
• Conduct and report gap analysis.
• Prepare the project progress report.
• Coordinate and follow up on delivery and site installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000\.00 - AED10,000\.00 per month
