We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Foreman cum Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities along with proficiency in carpentry and joinery work. A valid driving license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery projects from start to finish.
• Manage a team of carpenters and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform skilled carpentry and joinery work including cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter and/or Joinery Foreman.
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Carpentry or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
