Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Joinery Foreman to lead and supervise our joinery team at Rigid Industries FZC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery work, excellent leadership abilities, and the technical expertise necessary to oversee the production of high-quality wooden furniture and components. The Joinery Foreman will ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while managing a team of skilled joiners and carpenters.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the joinery or woodworking field, with a proven track record of managing or supervising joinery teams.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, woodworking machinery, and tools, with the ability to perform precision work on timber and other materials.

Leadership Skills:

Experience in leading and supervising a team of joiners, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and meeting production deadlines.

Material Handling:

Knowledge of handling and managing raw materials, including timber, veneers, and hardware, to minimize waste and optimize production.

Communication:

Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the workers.
Proficiency in Hindi is required.
