Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a talented and experienced Joinery Draftsman with a specialized focus on interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for interior spaces, demonstrating proficiency in drafting software.

The Mid-Senior Draftsman will collaborate closely with architects, designers to bring innovative and functional interior designs to life. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must have a minimum 5 years working for a Interior Fitout/ Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.

Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects.

Utilize industry-standard drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to create precise and comprehensive drawings.

Should be able to communicate fluently in English.

• Ability to work Industry timings as per the project requirements.
• Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fitout, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
• Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
• Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
• Must be able to Execute the design to practical sizes and materials.
• Knowledge of creating BOQ's and Cutting list.
• Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a draftsman with a focus on interior fitout projects.
• Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must
• Fluency in English and ability to respond quickly to immediate requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive with a Go-getter attitude.
• Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred.
• Candidates with a valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.

Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
