:
As the Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our joinery production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the joinery production team, including craftsmen, supervisors, and support staff.
• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Managing inventory levels and procurement of materials and supplies to support production requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as design and project management, to coordinate project requirements and timelines.
• Providing leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of joinery production techniques, machinery, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of managing production operations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Can join immediately
