Efixwise is currently hiring for the position of JOINERY FACTORY IN-CHARGE with interior fit-out company experience.

: - Joinery factory in charge

• Leading a team of carpenters, installers, painters
• Understanding the factory division A-Z
• Knowledge of paint, veneer and lamination
• Monitor quality and assembly, paints and installation
• Perform assembly of kitchen, wardrobes, vanity's, doors ETC...
• Preparing cutting list and material for projects required.
• Perform measuring and cutting as per design.
• Understanding woodworking machinery like table saw, lipping machine, trimers.
• Obeying workplace safety rules.
• Collaborating with other design and construction specialists.
• Keeping the workspace and tools clean.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a FACTORY INCHARGE OR SUPERVISOR IS MUST .
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work on-call or during weekends or evenings as required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
