Joinery Estimator
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately estimate costs for joinery and interior fit-out projects based on client specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, bills of quantities, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to create accurate estimations.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather relevant project information.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid joinery estimation experience.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate and commute to the office.
• Assessment: Candidates should be prepared to complete an estimation exercise during the recruitment process.
