We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery projects, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for accurate costing.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and cost control.
• Assist in preparing tenders, quotations, and bid submissions within tight deadlines.
• Monitor and update costs during the project lifecycle to ensure budget adherence.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Joinery Estimator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and market pricing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
