JOINERY ESTIMATOR is responsible for all estimation work in joinery and fit-out work. Applicant must have excellent knowledge of wood and quantity surveying. Minimum 4 years experience in UAE The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying/engineering/architecture with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the right materials. Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for large high-end interior fit-out projects, Villas and other joinery projects. Conduct estimation and cost control activities to ensure projects stay within budget. Manage the entire tender process, including interpreting specifications, pricing tenders, and preparing contract documents. Review and interpret drawings, tender documents, quantities etc. Develop bid cost estimates and ensure timely submission. Job Type: Full-time
