: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of projects and providing detailed proposals. This role is critical in ensuring the financial success of our projects. The Estimator will report to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for furniture manufacturing projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with the production team to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review and validate estimates to ensure they align with company standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure they remain within the estimated budget.
• Provide support in the preparation of bid documents and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within the furniture or related industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
