One of a leading joinery and fit-out company specializing in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and bespoke designs is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Joinery Estimator to join their team .

Key Responsibilities:

?1) ?Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

? ?2) Analyze and calculate material, labor, and production costs for joinery projects.

? ?3) Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for clients and tenders.

? ?4) Liaise with the design, production, and procurement teams to gather accurate data for costing.

? ?5) Conduct site visits when necessary to gather project-specific information.

? ?6) Maintain records of all estimates, pricing, and correspondence.

? ?7) Ensure all estimates meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

? ?1) Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

? ?2) Strong understanding of joinery materials, fabrication processes, and market rates.

? ?3) Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.

? ?4) Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.

? ?5) Effective communication and organizational skills.

? ?6) Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
