Our client is a fast growing interior fit out and joinery contractor based in Dubai specializing in high quality bespoke d\xc3\xa9cor.
We are hiring an experienced AutoCAD joinery draughtsman / draftsman to prepare layouts, sketches, detailed joinery and architectural drawings for assembly and production, for residential and commercial projects.

We are hiring an experienced AutoCAD joinery draughtsman / draftsman to prepare layouts, sketches, detailed joinery and architectural drawings for assembly and production, for residential and commercial projects.
Role Summary
- Prepare detailed joinery and architectural drawings for residential and commercial interior fitout and joinery designs to meet structural safety standards.
- Prepare schematic layouts and 3d renders based on client briefs.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production.
- Prepare the joinery cutting list for wooden and metal furniture.
- Support the estimation and Bill of Quantity take-off requirements.
- Check quality standards of finished products.
- 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 3D draughtsman design for interior fit out and joinery projects.
- In-depth working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit.
- Videomaking software such as Lumion or V-Ray is a strong advantage.
- Currently living in the UAE \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional appearance, communication and work attitude; able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
