A well-established and rapidly expanding business, New Evolution is a leading luxury interior design company; specializing in delivering high quality, intricately detailed and bespoke decor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS

The candidate should be efficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp and have knowledge of 3Dmax to be able to take all the details from 3D to CAD, should have well knowledge in authority approvals, joinery drawings, architectural drawings, and basic knowledge of MEP Proven work experience as a Draftsman specially Joinery & fit-out works Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team Prepare the joinery cutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods Prepare, read, and interpret drawings and sketches Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers, and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes Capable of doing basic civil drawings and creating and working on X-Ref files Highly creative and good at space planning and design Very hardworking, resourceful, team player and self-motivated Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skill Strong sense of responsibility and desire to get things done properly Should have good knowledge in joinery fabrication drawings Previous experience in Interior and Furniture company a must; minimum experience of 5years Flexible work schedules are a must BSC in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
