:

As a Joinery and Fitout Drawing Detailer, you will play a key role in transforming design concepts into tangible, well-crafted interiors. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to create detailed drawings and specifications for joinery and fitout elements, ensuring the seamless integration of interior components.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and translate design plans into detailed joinery and fitout drawings using CAD software and other drafting tools.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand design intent and project requirements.

Specify materials, dimensions, finishes, and other relevant details for joinery components.

Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.

Coordinate with manufacturers, contractors, and other team members to facilitate the smooth execution of joinery and fitout projects.

Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes for quality control.

Address design challenges and modifications during the construction phase.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to convey design specifications and requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Proven experience as a Joinery and Fitout Drawing Detailer or similar role.

Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools. Knowledge of Sketchup or any 3D software is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, construction methods, and industry standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
