Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for joinery fit-out projects. Conduct detailed cost analysis and monitor project expenditures. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Maintain accurate records of project costs and changes. Assist with site measurements, valuations, and progress claims.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the joinery industry. Strong understanding of joinery fit-out projects and processes. Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field.
